Golden Years

A quarterly program dedicated to honoring, celebrating, and connecting with our cherished older adults in Evanston and surrounding communities.

The Power of Women

A program that celebrates, connects, and empowers Latina women in Evanston and the North Shore.

What The Power of Women offers:

Workshops and cultural activities that inspire and educate.
Opportunities for leadership and skill development.
Spaces to share stories, experiences, and learning.
Promotion of personal growth, community engagement, and collaboration.
Strengthening the voice and presence of Latina women in the community.

As part of the program, the International Women’s Day for Latinas event honors the strength, leadership, and achievements of Latina women while fostering networks of support, mentorship, and community growth.

LENS CARE Program

Thanks to donor support and community solidarity, LENS CARE offers temporary financial assistance to cover basic expenses, food support, gift baskets during the holiday season, and resources that provide immediate relief while the family faces difficulties.

LENS Entrepreneurs

This program will start in 2026.

The Entrepreneur Program empowers emerging entrepreneurs to start where they are, lead their business, and grow step by step. With practical training, personalized support, and strong community connections, participants gain the skills and confidence to build successful Latino-owned businesses.
